With over 15 years of experience across fashion, non-profit, and finance, I bring a diverse leadership background spanning Operations, Marketing & Brand, Events & Fundraising, and strategic storytelling. My career has been defined by building and scaling initiatives that connect vision to execution—creating the structure, alignment, and momentum organizations need to grow.
I’ve held leadership roles at globally recognized organizations including UNICEF USA, JP Morgan, and Milk Studios, where I’ve led complex, cross-functional initiatives across operations and marketing. My work focuses on designing and implementing strategies that unify teams, streamline processes, and elevate brand presence—ensuring that business objectives translate into measurable outcomes.
Events and fundraising have been a core driver of my impact. I’ve produced hundreds of large-scale experiences such as fashion shows, galley exhibitions, galas, concerts, golf outings and conferences, with audiences of up to 1,000 attendees and national sponsors, partnering with A-list talent including Mariah Carey, Elton John, Diana Ross, and Katy Perry. In the non-profit sector, I’ve developed and executed integrated fundraising and marketing strategies that have generated over $30 million—leveraging storytelling, data, and relationship management to drive results.
I’ve also led and supported multiple brand transformations, including rebrands for UNICEF USA, JP Morgan, Valley Bank, and Equitable Financial’s IPO. Across each, I’ve ensured that brand evolution is grounded in strong operational execution, clear positioning, and long-term growth strategy. In parallel, I’ve partnered with emerging businesses to build and scale their brands, bringing a practical, business-minded approach to marketing and development.
Outside of my corporate career, I’m also a Photographer and Writer with a passion for capturing and telling meaningful stories. Through photography, I focus on documenting special moments for both businesses and families—creating work that feels authentic, personal, and lasting. Storytelling has always been at the center of everything I do, whether through photography, brand building, blogging, or creative projects.
My current project, The 5PM Switch, explores modern motherhood and the realities of balancing ambition, identity, work, and family. It’s a space where career, creativity, and personal experience come together in an honest and relatable way.
At my core, I’m an operator, strategist, and builder—someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, connecting people and ideas across organizations, and turning vision into thoughtful, impactful execution through both strategy and storytelling.
